This morning I heard news that my grandma passed away. It felt sudden, but at the same time we all knew that this day would eventually come. Just knowing that she is no longer suffering and in a better place is a blessing.
She left us at the age of 88.
I didn't know my grandmother as well as I should, being that we were so far apart (She living in Texas and I living in Michigan), but the memories that I do remember - I will always have.
